- Communications: We collect the messages you send and receive with other users through our in-app chat feature.
- Device Information: We may collect basic information about the device you use to access our service for functionality and security purposes.

We use your information for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your account.
- To provide, operate, and improve our matching service by connecting you with other users.
- To enable communication between users.
- To ensure the safety and security of our community by monitoring for violations of our Terms of Service.

- With Other Users: Your profile information (photos, gamertag, age, location, Gamer DNA, etc.) is shared with other users to allow them to find and connect with you. Your chat messages are shared only with the user you are communicating with.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to a valid legal request.
- We Do Not Sell Your Data: We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Ever.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure cloud infrastructure (Firebase), to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You have control over your personal information. You can:
- Access and Update your profile information at any time through the "Settings" page.
- Delete Your Account at any time through the "Settings" page. This will permanently delete your profile and associated data from our systems.
6. Children's Privacy
Our service is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete that information.
